One minute multiple reflection probe
For some measurements, it is necessary to connect the reflection probe with two spectrometers and one light source, typical examples being reflection measurements in the UV/VIS and NIR bands. For this application, Avantes offers reflective probes with multiple optical fibers.
The light emitted from the light source is coupled into a fiber bundle consisting of 17 optical fibers and conducted to the end of the probe. The light reflected back from the measured surface uniformly enters the 2 readout fibers. These two readout fibers are both equipped with SMA905 connectors, and each fiber is connected to a spectrometer.
For applications that require measurement at a 90 ° angle, a special adapter FCR-90 Option with a 45 ° reflector has been developed, which can be easily installed at the front end of the reflective probe.
If you want to accurately focus the light spot to a very small size at a long distance, you can use the FCR-COL UV/VIS/NIR adjustable focus straight/focusing lens, which can be easily installed at the front end of the probe.
